Return Policy

We allow 30 days after receiving your item for you to request a return for a faulty or defective product only.

We do not accept returns for change of mind or postage delivery delays. Please read descriptions, and policies carefully and view supporting images to ensure the product is right for you.

Only return requests for defective or faulty products will be responded to by our customer care team.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue.
If your request is approved during inspection after receiving your item, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 3 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
