Return Policy

We allow 30 days after receiving your item for you to request a return for a faulty or defective product. We do not accept returns for third party shipping delays. 

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and with the product tags.

Once your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can resolve the issue and make it right.

 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received your return and advise you of the status of your refund. Once approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
